How The Process Works
- When you've found the right property, click the "Buy this property" button and complete the checkout page. You will pay your $250 documentation fee today and provide the information we need to complete your purchase contract.
- We'll send you the purcahse contract and reach out to determine how you want to pay for your property (Cashier's Check or Wire Transfer) and the information needed to prepare the deed.
- Once you've signed the purchase contract and made final payment, we take care of getting the deed signed and recorded with the county.
- That's it! Once the deed is recorded you are officially a land owner!
In some cases we may decide to close via escrow with a title company or attorney.
